![]() Allen) ditches him for an older jock.Īmusement level slides rapidly from here on, as glimpses of ghosts two and three showing Connor how shallow he is and how awful his future will be are intercut with mostly awful scenes of the wedding weekend falling apart, graced by the continual shrieking of the would-be bride (Lacey Chabert). Conducting the tour is Connor’s first g.f., the dizzy, frizzy-haired Allison (Emma Stone), who initiates the bashful kid after young Jenny (Christa B. The flashbacks to the teenage Connor (Logan Miller) being shown the ropes by Douglas’ roue are at least somewhat engaging, even if they could have been carried off with vastly more verbal sophistication and physical elan. Thus commences an abridged journey through Connor’s erotic education, a trip that spins on his past with the one woman he let get away, Jenny (Jennifer Garner), who happens to be part of the wedding party. While slurping booze and hitting on the one bridesmaid he hasn’t already shtupped, as well as the bride’s attractive divorced mother (Anne Archer), Connor encounters his long-deceased Uncle Wayne (Michael Douglas, channeling Robert Evans), the roguish Don Juan who raised Connor after his parents died and tutored him in the techniques of conquest and the advisability of emotional detachment.īut the old playboy’s phantom has not reappeared to reassure his protege, but rather to warn him that he’s about to be visited by the ghosts of girlfriends past, present and future, and that he’s not going to like what he sees. He’s not even polite enough to hide his disdain for the sake of his only kin, who lives in baronial splendor at a seaside mansion where most of the action unfolds. Then it’s off to Newport for the dreaded wedding of his younger brother, Paul (Breckin Meyer) - dreaded because the merest thought of marriage sends Connor into paroxysms of horror. The personality of Connor Mead (McConaughey), a cocky, insanely successful Gotham shutterbug, is defined at the outset when he blithely breaks up with three women simultaneously by video conference call just as he’s nailing his latest conquest. Both are medium-high-concept comedies that should have been immeasurably better worked out and written than they are, but get by due to their attractive casts and uncouth humor. ![]() ![]() Very much like their previous outing for New Line, the dismaying (and surprisingly commercial) “Four Christmases,” Jon Lucas and Scott Moore‘s latest script consists of a tour of sorts through the whys and wherefores of the leads’ emotional lives. ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() Havent messed with the setup since the recent changes, so may not be totally. I have five Formas, the same polarities and same mods to the letter. Mainly use Umbra for Disruption (single target DPS) but can also work well in SP. However, something puzzles me greatly about the Umbra Exalted Blade. I'm currently using these builds and loving it, thanks so much for showing! I don't use sacrificial mods because in most cases primed pressure point is stronger and corrosive blast condition overload is stronger then a little bit of extra crit. I say embrace that sucker So I did a quick build in Warframe Builder Go it. ![]() I also use handspring because the only time you will die with this frame is if you are fighting over sortie 3 enemies or you get knockdown and you get focus fire. Chromatic Blade is the principal element of this build, at 180 strengh you have enough percent to 100 status. even though the cc isn't high the fast attack speed and the punch through of the blade allows it to proc berserker constantly making it proc more status and increasing dmg significantly. This build is axed to be played with the Exalted Blade (ult). With this setup chromatic blade will have about 60% chance to proc corrosive, and 40% chance to proc blast (knockdown counts as another status effect) along with steel charge and passive is more then enough to wipe out sortie 3. The reason I don't use any other PS mods is because the dmg output is enough with chromatic blade. Sorry for the late post but this was my take on the weapon and frame. ![]() ![]() So, you can use all of it without wasting anything. In order for sensations to be useful, we must first add meaning to those sensations, which create our perceptions of those sensations. Perceptions on the other hand, require organizing and understanding the incoming sensation information. ![]() Sensations allow organisms to sense a face, and smell smoke when there is a fire. Transduction represents the first step toward perception and is a translation process where different types of cells react to stimuli creating a signal processed by the central nervous system resulting in what we experience as a sensations. The conversion from sensory stimulus energy to action potential is known as transduction. These cells relay messages, in the form of action potentials (as you learned when studying biopsychology), to the central nervous system. For example, light that enters the eye causes chemical changes in cells that line the back of the eye. When sensory information is detected by a sensory receptor, sensation has occurred. ![]() ![]() The beauty in modern technology is we have diagnostic lights to give us early warnings, and computers that give codes to follow. You will find that any car has its problems. thats the best way anyone can help normally.Īs far as the EGR, i had a code for this when my action light would not go off, and was able to solve my problem entirely much the same as JBINKLEY06 it appears. The code must be noted, and that will lead to why the traction/stabilitrack lights are on. If you dont see a check engine light, then now you need to go the dealer because they can read codes above and beyond with their almighty expensive equipment. If your check engine light comes on, your lucky, because now you can read a code with a simple code reader that you can follow that will probably lead to a proper diagnosis. ![]() So the traction/stabilitrack light is not a diagnosis in any way, its almost exclusively a symptom of another problem that means you need to check your codes. Is the dealership just trying to bleed me dry? Do I need to take it back to the shop or just ignore it as long as it seems to be running ok? I already emptied my savings account to buy this POS to begin with. So apparently they didn't fix it after all. This morning, just 3 days after getting the vehicle back, the service stabilitrack light came on again. I ended up having the EGR valve replaced (cost me $400 by the way,) and the vehicle seemed to be good to go. They charged me over $90 just to look at it. Monday, I took the vehicle back to the dealership thinking they could help me out considering I JUST BOUGHT the car from them. Then this weekend, the check engine light also came on, and I ended up spending 3 grueling hours in a Chicago traffic jam praying that I wasn't about to get stranded because the car was running so horribly by this point. I've searched and searched and it seems that its a common problem with the equniox and tons and tons of different solutions. I did that it cleared the check engine light for about a week and i don't think i saw the TC or Stabilitrak message either. Last week my check engine light came on, i took it to auto zone for them to read the code and they told me it wasn't getting enough oxygen and that it was likely bad gas and to buy a fuel system cleaner. Normally it comes on after i drive for a few minutes other times it'll be several miles after I drive it. René Just Haüy (1784) discovered that every face of a crystal can be described by simple stacking patterns of blocks of the same shape and size. Steno showed that the angles between the faces are the same in every exemplar of a particular type of crystal. The Danish scientist Nicolas Steno (1669) pioneered experimental investigations of crystal symmetry. Johannes Kepler hypothesized in his work Strena seu de Nive Sexangula (A New Year's Gift of Hexagonal Snow) (1611) that the hexagonal symmetry of snowflake crystals was due to a regular packing of spherical water particles. The hexagonal symmetry of snowflakes results from the tetrahedral arrangement of hydrogen bonds about each water molecule.Ĭrystals, though long admired for their regularity and symmetry, were not investigated scientifically until the 17th century. History Early scientific history of crystals and X-rays If the material under investigation is only available in the form of nanocrystalline powders or suffers from poor crystallinity, the methods of electron diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and electron crystallography can be applied for determining the atomic structure. If single crystals of sufficient size cannot be obtained, various other X-ray methods can be applied to obtain less detailed information such methods include fiber diffraction, powder diffraction and (if the sample is not crystallized) small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). Similar diffraction patterns can be produced by scattering electrons or neutrons, and neutron scattering can be similarly interpreted by Fourier transformation. X-ray crystallography is related to multiple other methods for determining atomic structures. X-ray crystal structures can also account for unusual electronic or elastic properties of a material, shed light on chemical interactions and processes, or serve as the basis for designing pharmaceuticals against diseases. X-ray crystallography is still the primary method for characterizing the atomic structure of new materials and in discerning materials that appear similar by other experiments. The method also revealed the structure and function of many biological molecules, including vitamins, drugs, proteins and nucleic acids such as DNA. ![]() In its first decades of use, this method determined the size of atoms, the lengths and types of chemical bonds, and the atomic-scale differences among various materials, especially minerals and alloys. ![]() Since many materials can form crystals-such as salts, metals, minerals, semiconductors, as well as various inorganic, organic, and biological molecules-X-ray crystallography has been fundamental in the development of many scientific fields. From this electron density, the mean positions of the atoms in the crystal can be determined, as well as their chemical bonds, their crystallographic disorder, and various other information. By measuring the angles and intensities of these diffracted beams, a crystallographer can produce a three-dimensional picture of the density of electrons within the crystal. X-ray crystallography is the experimental science determining the atomic and molecular structure of a crystal, in which the crystalline structure causes a beam of incident X-rays to diffract into many specific directions.
